11501 Clematis Blvd – Public Service Detail (Dog Rescue)

On Monday evening, PHPD requested 227RQ to assist with a dog stuck behind a retaining wall.  About 15 fire fighters worked for nearly two hours straight carefully digging and removing the retaining wall.  All the hard work paid off when crews were able to free the dog and return her to owner who was anxiously awaiting her return.  Special Thanks to all the 227 fire fighter for all there hard work, Penn Hills Pollution Control, and Nave Plumbing for bringing pipe cameras to the scene.
