On Tuesday afternoon Stations 225, 227, 222, 223 were alerted for a dumpster on fire endangering a commercial structure in the 10700-blk of Frankstown Rd. 225 Assistant arrived on scene with a dumpster on fire about 15’ from the building. 227TK arrived on scene and crews deployed an attack line and quickly brought the fire under control. All other units were cancelled. The restaurant owner advised the PH Fire Marshal that they disposed of day old BBQ coals in the dumpster a few hours prior.
