On Thursday, Shortly after 7 PM stations 227, 222, 223, 225, 196 were alerted for a kitchen on fire in the 11300-blk or Azalea Dr. 223 Assistant arrived on scene with multiple items on the stove that were on fire. He was able to knock down the fire with an extinguisher. 227EN arrived on scene and crews checked for extension. None was found. 222EN and 225TK arrived on scene and started ventilation. Crews from 223 and 196 stood by on scene for any additional tasks. There were no injuries reported and the PH Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
