On Wednesday evening Stations 223 & 227 were alerted for a single vehicle accident into a utility pole in the 6800 block of Alcoma Dr. 223EN & 227RQ arrived on scene to find an unoccupied single vehicle into a utility pole with live power lines down. Witnesses informed fire units that the occupant has fled on foot. It was later discovered that the vehicle has been reported stolen a short time prior to the accident. The roadway was closed for several hours while the utility company made repairs.
