On Thursday morning, Shortly after 2am Stations 225 & 227 were alerted for a vehicle into a utility pole with possible entrapment and fire in the 8900-blk of Frankstown Rd. A few mins later, the assign was upgraded due to reports that the vehicle had hit a house and was on fire. 225EN & 227EN with a vehicle on fire near a residential building. 221TK & 222RQ arrived on scene and crews assisted with extinguishment. The operator of the vehicle fled the scene on foot. Penn Hills Police are investigating the accident.
